They participate in labor law legislation, law enforcement, judicature and law popularization. They have rich experience in handling labor disputes. They can act as an agent to handle complex and difficult cases and have handled great labor dispute cases and many complicated cases in Beijing and the whole country.

Labor Relations Department provided labor legal advisers for thousands of units and acted as an agent to handle over ten thousands labor dispute cases. The business scope of Labor Relations Department includes but is not limited to the following aspects:
· Signing, performance, cancellation and termination of labor contracts;
· Personnel management system of the employer, including employee handbook and internal management system;
·Employee training agreement, non-competition agreement, intellectual property agreement and confidentiality agreement, etc.;
· Draft or review collective agreements and participate in collective negotiation;
· Labor law training and interpretation of hot and difficult points of labor disputes.
