As a legal adviser for guidance fund and equity investment fund of Haidian People’s Government, Wang conducted legal due diligence for the cooperative subject of guidance fund (excellent private fund management enterprise) or the invested enterprise of equity investment fund, issued a lawyer work report and arranged investment agreement and other legal affairs. In particular, the legal opinions on Request for Instructions on Establishment Plan of Science and Technology Innovation Space Resources Fund of Zhongguancun Science City were issued by Haidian People’s Government as a template to the Legal Adviser Working Group of the whole district as a demonstration working document. Wang provided legal advisory services for Beijing Local Financial Supervision and Administration, carrying out on-site compliance inspection for non-bank financial institutions such as P2P online lending institutions, pawns, financing and leasing, financing guarantee, petty loans and other non-bank financial institutions supervised by Beijing Local Financial Supervision and Administration and issuing legal opinions on the implementation of relevant regulatory measures, risk disposal or formulation of regional regulatory provisions by the governmental departments for new financial market entities.
