He Le graduated from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture and obtained a master’s degree in law. He is now an apprentice lawyer of Qiankun Law Firm. He worked in construction enterprises and participated in more than 10 construction engineering and real estate projects. He has a complex background of law and engineering and obtained the professional qualification certificates such as primary registered construction engineer (architecture), consulting engineer (investment) and tendering engineer. Business expertise: Construction engineering, real estate and property management litigation and non-litigation legal businesses.

He Le worked in construction enterprises after graduation. He has rich engineering experience in the construction site for a long time. He participated in the construction of commercial residential buildings developed by the enterprise and commercial residential building construction of other real estate enterprises. He was responsible for handling the property right certificates after house sales, completion acceptance and filing, etc. He is familiar with all links of construction engineering and has a good understanding on the responsibilities of all construction parties. He participated in the settlement of several disputes among construction enterprises, real estate developers, public institutions and labor subcontractors. He reviewed infrastructure contract, property contract and real estate contract for Mentougou Housing and Construction Commission, Mentougou Shantytown Renovation Center and Haidian Education Commission, participated in many school vacating cases and provided enterprise litigation and non-litigation legal services such as the litigation of Intercontinental Property Management Center.
